8 Week Lifting Program (5 days a week)
A gym membership is required for this program.This program is for those who have some knowledge about working out and form, but want to learn about lifting specifically. If you are a self-motivated person you will excel in this program. There will be 5 workouts a week and it includes form cues for each workout.

During the 8-Week Program, every effort has been made to assure your safety by Living Balanced. This program is not to be copied and shared with others, or sold by anyone else after the initial purchase.
