Hello, and thanks for coming to my site! If you’re on this page you want to know a little more about me before figuring out if we would be a good fit for working together.

I have achieved many different health and fitness goals in my life. I’ve lost over 50 lbs as a 14 year old figuring out what nutrition was. I got a scholarship to play soccer in college. I have worked myself back from a nervous system disorder, and also two emergency surgeries. This has let me see and experience many different sides of getting healthy and how it can be different for everyone. Because of the health problems I have had, it has shown me being healthy goes beyond being physically fit. For some it can be to get your blood sugar into certain levels, or moving your body to help improve your mental health. Whatever your current health goal is I am here to help you achieve it while giving it a positive environment to grow.

Patience, understanding, and compassion are my core values when it comes to my coaching style. I want you to feel safe and confident enough to make healthier decisions in your life, and I want it to come from a positive place instead of a negative one. We will work on positive self talk and falling in love with the process, not only the outcome.

On top of having a degree in Exercise Science, I have been lucky enough to train in multiple fitness environments and fitness styles. From large HIIT group training classes, small HIIT group training classes, to personal training (strength training, stabilization, and mobility), and also online coaching (HIIT, form correction, and strength training). Each type of training style holds a special place in my heart. When it comes to my style of training now, it is focused around strength training, stabilization, and mobility work with a focus on form to create injury free workouts.

I have had the ability to create my own studio in my garage for training sessions to give my clients a safe and private place to lift and either learn or correct form. This gives you the space to learn without judgement of others looking in on your sessions.

As for my current state of health and fitness, due to my lifestyle in my early to mid 20’s I ended up getting a couple emergency surgeries in which the doctors told me there was nothing I could do to prevent them from happening again. I did not like that answer and decided that I had to look at my lifestyle and make changes that supported a healthier lifestyle for me. If you saw me on the outside you would have thought I was extremely healthy and fit, but my body did not like the type of lifestyle I was living (Bang energy drinks, a bad sleep schedule, and not enough micronutrients in my diet). I am now finding a balance with lifting and creating a healthy sustainable lifestyle that fits my goals (nothing is ever perfect, but at this point and time I am loving where I am at). Since I implemented healthier habits there has been not been any more emergency surgeries for me.
